SmartPhone GPS and Walkman from Sony Ericsson
The Sony Ericsson W760i is the first SmartPhone GPS that is added to the rich family of phones belonging to the Walkman phone series.
This is a slidephone mobile quad-band GSM / UMTS having everything to impress your friends. Sony Ericsson W760i has a highly refined and compact design (weighs 103 grams and measuring 103 × 48x15.3 mm), it's equipped with a 2.2-inch TFT display with 262,144-colours and a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels that offers an excellent legibility of menus, which use very intuitive.
The Sony Ericsson W760i incorporates an FM radio with RDS, an MP3 player that allows you to catalog the songs through the tags, integrated stereo speakers and a video player. The camera has a resolution of 3.2 mpx but unfortunately has no flash.
I consider the best feature of this terminal, the GPS navigation system. It works perfectly with Google Maps (preloaded with images) and the Wayfinder Navigator TM 1, which gives voice instructions on your destination.
From CNET:
In relation to the price (about $249) Sony Ericsson W760i is a good SmartPhone GPS, and even if aimed at a younger target, it's able to meet the needs of a range of much wider audience. Still, Sony Ericsson W760i has a fault, it has no WiFi witch is certainly not negligible for a SmartPhone with these features.
